Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Reno. The total experience was very comfortable. The location was unbeatable, for example, Facilities Services was within walking distance of the hotel.

Had a very good stay in this hotel. I liked the property, its non-smoking room and accommodating staff. Continental breakfast was something to remember. Its service was great.

Exceptional location, short walk to interstate highway, the hospital and freeway, even so the area was not nice. Exceptionally comfortable bed, large bathroom and climate control and a fridge in the room. Excellent services too;))

The hotel was fairly clean, NEWLY DECORATED and had immaculate food and service. The room I booked was cleaned and available with microwave as well as such a cheap bed. I had access to ample parking, heated pool. Liked that the property was in a fairly nice area.

i spent 1 night here and i loved that. airy room, wonderful staff, secure area. the quick check-in too. moreover, free wifi was ok, you can use it in public areas. i found there plenty of restaurants to eat, like big ed's alley inn that is only 5 minutes' walk away.

I liked the comfortable location, the carpeted room and amazing staff. Close to highway, very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and there were lots of options. The karaoke bar was superb and the drinks were refreshing.
